Zeiselmauer (Lower Austria), Aug. 8, 1091, Bishop of Passau from 1065. Supported Pope Gregory VII in the investiture controversy, established an abbey of Augustinian canons at Göttweig before 1083, reformed the monasteries of St. Florian and St. Pölten, supported Lambach and other Benedictine monasteries.
