Mozart Symphony D major, "Prague Symphony", K 504

Movements: Adagio-Allegro/Andante/Finale (Presto)

Orchestra: 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 bassoons, 2 horns, 2 trumpets, drums, strings

Duration of performance: 30 minutes

The work was finished in Vienna on December 6th, 1786. It was first performed in Prague in January 1787, which explains the name "Prague Symphony". With this work Mozart proved his mastership in symphonic compositions, but his artistic success has no correlation in his personal life. Financial problems begin to worry him more and more.
