Schönberg's tomb
1110 Vienna, Simmeringer Hauptstraße 234 (Central Cemetery)
Schönberg's mortal remains - he died in Los Angeles, USA, in 1951 - were transferred to his home country and interred in a tomb of honour of the City of Vienna. Already in 1949 he had been made honorary citizen of Vienna. The monument was designed by Fritz Wotruba.
