Garden view of Schönberg's house
Schönberg's apartment was on the upper ground floor and consisted of several rooms. The glassed-in verandah got its present shape only in course of time. In that house in Bernhardgasse Schönberg taught composition to more than 100 pupils, among them Alban Berg, Anton von Webern, Hanns Eisler, Hanns Jelinek, Rudolf Kolisch, Erwin Ratz, Othmar Steinbauer, etc.
With Webern he often went for walks to the near-by viewpoint of Anninger.
