Helm, Theodor Otto

Helm, Theodor (Otto), b. Vienna, April 9, 1843, d. Vienna, Dec. 23, 1920, law graduate and music critic. From 1865 civil servant, from 1874 teacher at the Horak Conservatory; music expert for numerous newspapers; played a major role in music circles in Vienna, friendship with J. Brahms and A. Bruckner .
