Exl-Bühne

Exl-Bühne, theatre group founded by Ferdinand Exl in 1902, was very successful with performances of popular and peasant dramas; initially the group performed at Wilten near Innsbruck, later it moved to Innsbruck; 1941-1955 directed by Anna Exl (1882-1955; Ferdinand Exl´s wife) and their daughter Ilse (1907-1956); was closed down in 1955.
